My very first class at USD was sociology 101 – and ever since then I have been hooked on the importance of individual experience. This project is a dream come true as a way to combine my passion for interpersonal human connection with a love for the outdoors and all things adventure.

I have been chasing peaks since I first summitted Mt. Baldy in 2017. This opportunity to develop my videography and photography skills as we collect the stories and voices of small towns throughout the western US will launch me into the field of outdoor visual storytelling.
